A fun, creative, and active week where kids get to move, make art, and try something new. The week mixes simple yoga, hands-on art projects, and interactive activities. From drawing and painting to creative design and movement, kids will explore ways to express themselves while staying active and off screens. Along the way, they’ll build focus, try out simple ways to reset when they feel overwhelmed, and create projects they feel proud to bring home. As part of the week, kids will also create small painted stones. Keeping some for themselves and sharing others out in the community as simple, creative acts of kindness. By the end of the week, each child will have their own “calm and creativity kit” filled with items they can use at home, school, or anywhere they need a reset. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if available (mats are not required). Come ready to jump in and have a great week!
Our art cafe is a great space for making core family memories. Book a table and get creative together!
